Our Policies

Ensuring the Best Experience

Late Arrivals
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled time will be marked as a "no-show" and will need to reschedule.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

We kindly ask that you provide a 48-hour notice from your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes via phone call directly to the salon only (no text or email).

Notice provided 48 hours from your scheduled appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the appointment scheduled.

Notice provided less than 24 hours before will result in a charge equal to 100% of the planned services. No notice provided will result in your appointment being flagged as a no-show/no-call and will result in a charge equal to 100% of the planned service. If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment you will be marked as a no-show. Should this happen more than once, Colour Loft Salon will no longer allow future appointments to be scheduled.

Service Guarantee & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your appointment or within 24 hours after your appointment. All sales are final. We are fully committed to making any needed minor tweaks or changes. Color re-do services do not include a blow out.


Health History
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have any allergies, physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during your appointment, please alert us immediately.


COVID-19 Policies

If you are feeling sick, please kindly reschedule for the safety of our staff and guests. Upon arrival, we ask that you please wait in your car and call us at (201) 261-2222. We will call or text you when your stylist is ready for you. Temperature checks will be given upon entry. Anyone with a fever will be asked to reschedule. Please wash/sanitize your hands once inside the salon. Please come to your appointment alone and limit personal belongings. Maintain social distancing inside the salon. Please wear a mask/face covering properly covering your mouth and nose at all times. We are taking every safety measure possible to ensure that all of our salon guests feel comfortable and safe in our space. Along with carefully sanitizing stations and tools, we are limiting the amount of guests in the salon at one time.


Right to Refuse Service
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
